- 1 dl almond milk or any other alternative
- 50 g rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds white
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1/3 cup blueberries
- 2 teaspoons maqui berry powder
Soak 50 gr rolled oats and 1 tablespoon chia seeds in 1 dl almond milk overnight.
Put the soaked oats in the blender and add 2 frozen bananas, 2 teaspoons maqui powder and 1/3 cup frozen or fresh blueberries. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
Serve in a bowl and top with blackberries, blueberries, raspberry powder, shredded coconut, white sesame seeds, white chia seeds and edible flowers...
