Raspberry layered breakfast jar
First layer – Raspberry jam
Put 1-5 cup frozen raspberries and 1 tablespoon agave in a small pot over low heat and cook for a couple of minutes until you get a jam like consistency. When it’s done, add 2 tablespoons chia seeds and let it sit for 10-15 minutes. Stir well.
Second layer – Chia pudding
Soak 2 tablespoons chia seeds in 1 dl almond milk overnight. In the morning add ½ cup soy yogurt and stir well.
Fresh chopped strawberries or fresh raspberries
Fourth layer – Raspberry oatmeal
Soak 40 gr rolled oats and 1 tablespoon chia seeds in 1 dl almond milk overnight.
Put the soaked oats in the blender and add 1 banana and 1 cup frozen raspberries. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
Layer as desired and top with raspberries and mint leaves or lemon balm.
