Peanut butter and chocolate bliss balls
Place almonds and peanuts in a food processor and process until they are finely ground. Drain dates and squeeze out any excess water. Add them to the food processor along with peanut butter.
Process until mixture sticks together.
Use your hands to press and shape the mixture into balls. Place them in a fridge for a couple of hours.
For the chocolate topping, melt coconut oil and chocolate over low heat in a medium pot.
Place the ball on a big spoon and dip evenly into the pot with the melted chocolate until covered.
