Chickpea, spinach and sesame seeds mini burgers
Place all the ingredients in a food processor and pulse until combined. Scrape the sides of the processor periodically and push the mixture down the sides.
Once the mixture reaches the desired consistency, put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to allow the texture to become more firm.
Form the mixture into round balls or patties using wet hands. You can make them smaller or larger depending on your personal preference.
