Chickpea flour  is high in protein (10 grams per 1/2 cup serving) and fiber (5 grams per 1/2 cup serving), and relatively low in carbohydrates. It is great for anyone avoiding gluten or refined carbohydrates. It is so versatile. It can be used in desserts, snacks, sauces, main dishes.

These crackers are very easy to make and they are great as a snack.

Preheat oven to 180 °C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Combine dry ingredients in a  bowl. Add the oil and 3 tablespoons of water and stir until everything is well incorporated and you can form a dough. Mix and knead with your hands until it’s smooth. Add remaining 1 tablespoon of water if needed.

Turn the dough on a baking paper and shape it into a square with your hands. Roll out the dough evenly with a rolling pin. Using a knife, cut the dough into small squares.

Now transfer your crackers to a baking sheet. Bake 15 to 20 minutes until crisp or lightly golden.
