Black beans are very high in protein. One serving (½ cup) has about 6 grams, and that makes it a perfect food for everyone. Also, they are loaded with antioxidants. Good enough reason to try this recipe.


Soak the black beans in water overnight. Drain them and cook over low-medium heat  until they are soft.

Put all the ingredients in a food processor, and pulse to combine. Transfer mixture to a large mixing bowl and let it sit in a fridge for half an hour before making burgers.
