Raspberry layered breakfast jar

Ingredients

First layer – Raspberry jam

  • 1.5 cups raspberries frozen
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon agave

Chia pudding

  • 1 dl almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 dl soy yogurt
  • 1/2 - 1 tablespoon agave

Raspberry oatmeal

  • 1 dl almond milk
  • 40 g rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries

Extra

  • a handful of strawberries fresh

Instructions

First layer – Raspberry jam

  1. Put 1-5 cup frozen raspberries and 1 tablespoon agave in a small pot over low heat and cook for a couple of minutes until you get a jam like consistency. 

    When it’s done, add 2 tablespoons chia seeds and let it sit for 10-15 minutes. Stir well.

Second layer – Chia pudding

  1. Soak 2 tablespoons chia seeds in 1 dl almond milk overnight. In the morning add ½ cup soy yogurt and stir well.

Third layer

  1. Chop fresh strawberries

Fourth layer – Raspberry oatmeal

  1. Soak 40 gr rolled oats and 1 tablespoon chia seeds in 1 dl almond milk overnight.
  2. Put the soaked oats in the blender and add 1 banana and 1 cup frozen raspberries. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
  3. Layer as desired and top with raspberries and mint leaves or lemon balm.
