Purple ombre overnight oats


  • 80 g rolled oats
  • 2 dl almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 teaspoon maqui berry powder


Base mixture

  1. Soak 80 gr rolled oats and 1 tablespoon chia seeds in 2 dl almond milk overnight.
  2. Put the soaked oats in the blender and add 2 frozen bananas. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.

First layer

  1. Take 1/3 of the base mixture and pour it on the bottom of your jar.

Second layer

  1. Take another 1/3 of the base mixture and add 1/3 teaspoon maqui powder. Stir well. Pour this layer on top of the first layer.

Third layer

  1. Take the last 1/3 of the base mixture and add 2/3 teaspoon maqui powder. Stir well and pour it over the second layer.
  2. Top with raspberries and mint leaves.
